Good News at ATF

Posted by David Hardy · 23 March 2025 10:05 PM

New ATF Chief Counsel is a pro-2A law professor! The new Chief Counsel, Rob Leider, clerked for Justice Thomas, teaches Second Amendment law at George Mason, and has written that "AW bans" are unconstitutional.

I haven't recovered from my loss -- you never do that -- but I'm at least becoming functional again, after 3 1/2 months.

It is something that will always be there but eventually depending on your beliefs you will realize that they are in a better place.
Sorry for your loss

I am glad you are back!

I missed you.

I wish that I had words to sooth your pain.

I fear that there are no words except “time.”
