Kyle Rittenhouse prosecution's disastrous beginning

Posted by David Hardy · 5 November 2021 10:48 AM

Story here. I won't say it crashed and burned, because it didn't get into the air in the first place. First two witnesses say the fellow who was shot was being hyper aggressive and threatening lethal harm, had set fires, he had chased Rittenhouse down and was trying to grab his gun away.

This is not a good beginning to a prosecutor's case.

The first two witnesses ***for the State***, by the way.

The judge is wasting time.

He should direct a verdict of not guilty, with prejudice, and hold the FBI and DA in contempt pending their charges for Brady violations, and civil rights violations

What does it matter? As I recall, the majority of jurors that made it past the starting gate felt that Rittenhouse was guilty of "something". The Prosecution just has to keep it moving to get a win. The jury will probably only remember the closing argument (performance).

You probably have some practical experience, but do you really think that "logic" even matters?

Rittenhouse was a "Boy Scout" attempting to leave the scene of riot/looting and the "Law" is still going after him instead of the arsonists. At minimum, a change of venue.....

That town was chosen for destruction. Burning down the functional core makes it ripe for resettlement by the Illegal Invaders that the Progressives are importing. Just like Compton. Take a trashed core, add a new population, and "Huzaah!" profit and grift for all those who matter. Rittenhouse is just a burnt offering to keep any "normies" from resisting the glorious plans of "Big Brother". Rittenhouse is "innocent" but letting him get away with "self defense" might give others "ideas".
