Just saw NRA in Danger. It is frightening reading, by pro-gun members.

It is difficult to feel any sympathy for the culprits. I spent 30+ years as a member, and have many years as an instructor, training counselor and LEO instructor. Any concerns I communicated were brushed off with great distain. I agree it is terrible to see an old and once well respected organization disappear, but hubris and failure to CYA will do that. Perhaps GOA will be able to get the membership list and pick up the training program, to the betterment of all concerned.

I was done with them in the late 90's when they broke their own bylaws in two elections in a row. In the process, they forced out a whole bunch of really good people like Neal Knox. LaPierre is a POS.
