A summary of his testimony, and links to the full transcript, here, via Stephen Green of Instapundit. Green notes ""One crazy ex" is becoming the new standard of justice in Colorado."
Once again we can blame the failures of our system on the Supreme Court. Their failure in Barron (1833) and subsequent refusals to properly address the issues surrounding INALIENABLE GOD-GIVEN RIGHTS has left us with the troubles we have today. Until someone has committed a criminal act involving Arms, no government has any authority to stop that individual from having Arms. That proof must come only through proper process.
The 2nd is clear. NO INFRINGEMENT. RIGHTS ARE ABSOLUTE. Granted powers are not.
The 2nd and other enumerated Rights always bound the States and the Feds. The SC lied and screwed up everything. GO read Barron. It failed to take into account prior history, i.e. Rawle's View, the supremacy clause, and the republican form of government guarantee. Because of the SC's screwup, We the People have paid and paid and paid.
These red flag laws are absolute BS. They violate so many supposed constitutional protections but what do we expect. Those we elect to serve us have become our masters.
