Headlines....

Posted by David Hardy · 18 April 2013 09:26 AM

New York Times: "The Senate Fails Americans".

Another in the Times: "A Senate in the Gun Lobby's Grip."

Washington Post: "The Senate Misfires on Gun Control."

USA Today: "Senate Fails Newtown, Common Sense."

I guess facing their own increasing irrelevance is not easy or pleasant.

UPDATE: Drudge Report sums it up:

BITTER O...

GUN GROUPS 'LIARS'...

SENATE KILLS DEAL...

Bloomberg RAGES...

Feinstein Fumes...

Biden Wipes Away Tears...

Cuomo Complains...

Reid Mocks: 'Imagined Tyranny'...

Editorial Pages Seethe With Anger...

Headlines....Lest there be any doubt that the NYT, WaPo, USA Today, etc are Party Organs. The only difference between these guys and the Pravda of 1912 to 1989 is that these guys haven't yet figured out how to keep their party in power permanently.

On the flipside, see David Boaz at the Cato Institute on Who Killed Gun Control?

The answer? The American People.
