He IS "The One"

I bought my first handgun this year, and the Ruger SR9 was on the short list. I got a Kimber Custom II .45 after shooting one better than other guns in my Basic Pistol class.

Most everyone in the class was concerned about possible renewed restrictions on gun ownership, although how that can be done in California short of an outright ban escapes me.

CZ-USA is OUT OF STOCK of spare magazines for my particular model (CZ-75B in .40 S&W). I've known about the ammo shortage, but a magazine shortage!?
I only found this out because I ordered the wrong magazine from their website; when I inserted it into my CZ, it didn't fit. I called their customer service no#, and was informed the magazine for my particular model was out of stock at present. I mailed the new mag back requesting credit and to put the correct magazine on backorder...

Irritating, because I was looking forward to start using this CZ for IPDA/USPSA matches locally. Guess I'll make do with my Taurus PT92 for now.

And even Chuck Norris can't find .380 ammunition.

There is something going on and the Dems / Libs haven't got a clue. They are laughing at what is happening.

Stores limiting customers to one 50 round box of ammo and the cost! I pay for all my mother's costs for her Concealed Carry. Training, and equipment. What, don't you?? What kind of son are you? Anyway I was buying he some pratice ammo (38 Special) One store out. The other only one box at a time. At $21.00 and not a US brand. The few US boxes they had were $42.00 abox. Is this insane or what? A lot of ammo is breaking the $1 a round price point.

These sort of prices for ammo and they STILL can't keep it on the shelves?? Black rifles backordered and their prices higher then ever.

I would bet that a lot of the new buyers are buying BECAUSE of the scaricity, the backorders, and the run on black rifles. It have become a feedback loop.

1. More people want black guns.
2. Inventories go down, back orders and scarce.
3. People see/hear that few black guns are available.
4. People want to get one while they can. Back to 1.

The thing that SHOULD frighten the Dem-Libs is ammo sales. You don't buy hundreds or thousands of rounds for HUNTING. You don't buy thousands of rounds at the current prices for practice!

Not that long ago I bought US made .223 for $125 a thousand. It now costs $400 a thousand. A few months ago I bought Russian steel cased 308 for $350 a thousand. Today I can't find Russian 308 and what I can find is way over $600 a thousand. And what I see sold at the gun shows is not by the box it is by the case and going fast.

I don't know of anything that Obama could do let alone what he would do to reassure people and slow or stop this run on guns and ammo. The people fear the night so they are building a great supply of wood to keep the fires lit. The Dem-Libs are laughing at their fear and splashing water around the fires. While other Dem-Libs are talking of stopping the People from piling up wood and some talk of taking the wood away.
