Door to door searches in Austrialia

Police in Australia may not quite be doing door-to-door searches of gun owners, but they're going to be doing door-to-door inspections of gun storage.

Of course not. As we all know, Australia was settled and is inhabited entirely by criminals, so the idea that any part of the Declaration of Rights or Magna Carta apply to them, or that they have any rights at all is preposterous. They should all be treated as the felonious louts they are.
These inspections are basically complete in three states over the last 2 years. No big deal.
