Wolford: complex 9th Circuit ruling on "sensitive places"
Opinion here. It is an 84-page ruling, upholding some restrictions (no carrying in parks, bars, playgrounds, etc.),rejecting others (carrying in banks, bank parking lots, and parking lots shared by government and non-government buildings).
Here is another discussion of the ruling.

Yes, it's unconstitutional, but I'd be OK with defining "sensitive places" as anywhere a police officer (or FBI agent, Secret Service agent, etc.) can't carry.....(like jails, etc.)
Every ounce made up from a pile of doo. No one can supply me with an original copy of the Constitution wherein the 2nd amendment mentions "sensitive places" or carry laws or anything else for that matter. All of these are lies pulled from darkness and smeared on Our Rights. The Constitution does not mention "compelling government interest" any where.
