Rep. Jim Jordan speaks out on ATF raid/homicide

Posted by David Hardy · 27 May 2024 09:10 PM

His statement right here. Well done. This sounds like an arrest that could have been handled with a phone call--we have a warrant, have your attorney call us to arrange a good time to surrender--or at most a squad car to the house or workplace. The alleged offense wasn't violent, the defendant was a guy with a clean record. Why raid in the night, cut power to the house, and risk a homeowner assuming it was a home invasion?

Haven't been blogging much, been sick and busy....

God bless. Will keep you in prayer.

Why do federal agencies do anything? Attempts to frighten the people. Teeny weeny syndrome. Itty bitty titty syndrome. Evil at its finest.

Good to have you back.

Is it true that there is a Biden EO limiting dynamic entries, and this raid violated the EO?

Don't know about Demented Joe, but Cooley in his 1880s Constitutional text stated that all warrants should be served during daylight, minimum force, done in a manner so as not to make a scene.

That went right out the window. Cooley was in MI. U of Mich Law School named after him. Kinda knew the Constitution well.

I forgot to mention Art 1 Sec 8 Pp 15, the ONLY delegation of authority to the federal government concerning the execution of the laws of the Union.

The reason ATF does this?

The same reason they did Mt. Carmel? To look good on TV for the budget?

And they cut power, taped over his doorbell cam and NONE of them had their bodycams on, as their own regulations demand.

This was a straight-up execution. Same as the young airman in Florida.
