Suits against firearm mfrs and retailers

The Guardian: "Wave of lawsuits against US gun makers raises hope of end to mass shootings."

But there is serious pushback.

The fact that it seems to have taken 22 years to dismiss this lawsuit means that Chicago like DID accomplish what it set out to do, which was to diminish Indiana gun retailers business'.
