love it. Even if the 2nd wasn't there, the Right would be covered under the 9th and if the 9th wasn't there, the Right would still exist. The problem arose as was said it would because once the BoR was added folks began to believe the feds had the power to legislate in these areas. The fed can only legislate in ares that are specifically stated in the Constitution. The judges are liars when they claim penumbras, emanation, and implications. The judges reach under their robes and pull out the brown stuff to smear on the Constitution. Yes, I despise judges because they are never honorable, never truthful, always narcissistic, always liars, always usurping power, never following OUR law for them. Read their decisions and compare that to the exact words of the Constitution. No one is authorized to add words to the Constitution except through amendment.
