SAF brief in Miller v. Bonta

Right here. The case is a challenge to California's "assault weapon ban," and the brief is VERY well-written.
My favorite part is the 1st sentence of the conclusion . . . "This Court has now permitted four rounds of “supplemental briefing” following
the Supreme Court’s decision in Bruen."
In other words, enough of this crap, you have given the state plenty of rope, time to string them up with it and render the decision we all know is coming.
