Senate confirms Trump's 10th appointment to the 9th Circuit

Story here. He is, or was, an NRA member.
The Ninth is the most predictably left of the Circuits (based in San Francisco). It has 29 slots, plus quite a few senior judges (who can serve on a roughly half-time basis). So appointing ten isn't decisive, but can have a big effect.
HORRORS!
Soon the leftists might have to find another court to which they can shop their cases.
