Now, this is interesting....

76 of Virginia's 95 counties have declared themselves "second amendment sanctuaries," and certain state officials have reacted by threatening to prosecute their sheriffs (I'm sure they can't) or send in the National Guard (which I'm sure would be unwilling). Now one county has begun mustering its militia to defend its sheriff, if necessary.

What I find interesting is that now that cops don't have the carve-outs making them a higher class of citizen, they suddenly remember what the constitution they swore an oath to says. Welcome to the feed lot with the rest of us tax cows.

I wondered exactly where the 2nd civil war was going to start. At least now, I have a bit closer idea. Because I can almost bet, and I am not a betting man, that if much blood is spilled by civilians in VA, vast numbers of civilians from outside of that state will rush there to offer their consolations, and bring band aids and cookies and lemonade for the first responders.

Actually, I hate the idea of having a civil war, or even riots like in 1967 or even the 90's with the Rodney King thing. We are strongest as a nation when we are united. But we have not been United since the day former president Barack Obama was sworn into office. A man who had the chance to go down in history as the man who brought the nation together, finally, and he blew it. He blew it , by siding with a professor instead of letting the entire matter be dealt with by the campus police, and then give his opinion, but he had to make the statement that the police were stupid, and that started the black people thinking it was acceptable to dislike the police. Then he spoke about the Trayvon Martin killing, and said, If I had a son, it would be Trayvon. Did he think that was a statement that would heal, and draw the nation together?
So there is no way that President Trump should be blamed in any way for any racial strife, that might be involved in a coming year of violence among Americans. I see it coming, and I can't think of any way to stop it. I sure hope that the federal government doesn't think that military force is a good idea. The American military comes from the people, and many of them feel just like civilians.
