Virginia Beach mass shooting: victim wanted to bring gun for protection but that was forbidden

Posted by David Hardy · 14 June 2019 04:50 PM

Fox is reporting that one of the victims of the Virginia Beach shooting wanted to bring a gun in her purse for protection against the killer, but refrained because it was a "gun free zone." The killer wasn't stopped by the policy, of course.

And neither should any one else be stopped by the lies of the judiciary. The 2nd leaves no room for restrictions and every level of government is subject to the restrictions of the 2nd. Everything folks think they know about the 2nd and the authority of government is total lies bantered about by judges who WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT. Not infringed means not infringed but the liars on the benches have totally made a mess of it all. 18333 - The Bill of Rights does not bind the states BUT in 1825 and 1829 law books said they did AND using the position, text, and supremacy clause tells us that the BoR has always bound the states and the feds except for the 1st which is ONLY binding on the feds.

Telling us where we can and can't carry infringes. Telling us we need a permit infringes and ALL the research about what was done in the past is invalid because those doing the research didn't pay attention to the fact that from 1833 to 2008 NOTHING a state did had any relationship to the 2nd BECAUSE the SC had said so in Barron. If the 2nd doesn't apply then laws passed during that time have no relationship to the 2nd. DUHHH!!!!

The ONLY thing the government can legitimately do about Arms is to punish any use that ends up harming someone else without warrant. Even then the feds can't punish anything outside DC because the feds were never given police power. The idea of federal police power is more lies about the extent of federal power. Certain police powers were granted but NOT the power to punish for any Arms related action.

We are so far off from Constitutional it is sickening. We have been lied to, folks have been punished, put to death without any legal authority.

Let off:

Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6! Quit being wusses and stand up for your rights. As long as you need a permit, it's a privilege.
