Here comes your broken record. Why do we have all these state laws? Because the supreme court erred back in Barron (1833) says the Bill of Rights does not bind the States. And the SC is so whatever that they could never come out and just say that the case was wrong. If it were not for the courts in the Union allowing thousands of unconstitutional acts and incorrectly deciding things and stealing powers they were never given, we might actually have a good system
