another victim of gun laws

Posted by David Hardy · 29 May 2019 05:31 PM

Utica, NY: 64 year old man shoots and kills two burglars, age 57 and 27, coming up the stairs toward him. The two had criminal histories: the older had been arrested more than twenty times.

The homeowner is being held on $10,000 bond, on a felony charge since the gun was registered to his deceased father and not to him.

This is a great case to take to SCOTUS on appeals. Make a final ruling on something like this.

NYS, NYC and Prinz Andy's gun laws coming under real attack for SCOTUS review. NYC doesn't expect to win on the latest 2A challenge. New laws hoping to head off the challenges just now going through legislative process. With this mind...

Think the charges will be quietly dropped in consideration of SCTOUS decisions on handguns in home & for personal protection.

NYS be smart not to touch this one, nor will local county DA.

If any jury would go along with convicting this man, something is very, very wrong with the judicial system in this country.

is there a GoFundMe or an account with his defense attorney, where we plebes can contribute?

If charges are pressed the prosecutor needs to be arrested for denial of civil rights under color of law.
