The 2nd sentence in the 2nd paragraph is as far as I went in reading that article.
Repeat after me, the Supreme Court does NOT interpret the Constitution.
Any 'authority' to make any interpretation is an usurpation of power and itself represents an abridgment of our liberties.
The sole duty of the court is to decide if a law comports with the U.S. Constitution. Period.
(Only very rarely do I not read the whole body of text, and comments, even of those articles of which I disagree. Here is one of those exceptions. The article is codswallop as judged by the opening paragraphs.)
