NH adopts "constitutional carry"
...thus becoming the 13th state to do so. I can remember when Vermont was the only state that allowed concealed carry without a permit, and when my own Arizona didn't allow civilian concealed carry, period (there was no provision for issuing permits). Who would have thought that a quarter of the Union would allow concealed carry sans permit?

Even if he does not sign it, it goes into law after 5 days!
5 days from when the governor actually receives the bill. They often hold it until he's ready for it.
Its official. From the Concord Monitor:
"Republican Gov. Chris Sununu signed so-called “constitutional carry” into law Wednesday morning, his first signing since taking office in early January.
“It is common-sense legislation,” he said during a ceremony in the Executive Council chambers. “This is about making sure that our laws on our books are keeping people safe while remaining true to the live-free-or-die spirit.” "
Don't get cocky. Sununu hasn't signed it yet. I fully expect him to, but Republicans up here are quite squishy and afraid of their own shadows.
