Ruling here. The city lost in the trial court, has moved to appeal, and asked the trial court to stay enforcement of its ruling pending the appeal. The judge denied the motion.

NOT aware.
I'm as clueless about this case as I am of proofreading before hitting submit.
Pa. law: localities may not enact gun laws. Anyone has standing to sue non-compliant localities and receive attorney fees and damages upon victory.
Harrisburg (and some others) refused to rescind their illegal ordinances and has been sued.
So far plaintiffs have been victorious.
Is there a link to the back story on this? I'm now aware of what they're litigating.
