Australia awakens

Hmmm... the hostage taker had 40+ arrests for sexual assault (released on bond on all), for being an accessory to the murder of his wife (released on bond), and seven for harassing families who had lost a serviceman in Afghanistan (for which he got probation).

A member of Parliament from Victoria says ""No more useless gun laws. Because most of our gun laws now seem to be aimed at the law-abiding, not at the criminals," Mr Bourman told reporters on Tuesday."Exhibit A: Sydney. None of our gun laws stopped that.""

Hmmmm...it looks like some people down under are beginning to find some common sense in that circular object atop their shoulders...maybe more people will realize there is NOTHING they can do to stop the goblins....taking guns away from society will NOT do it.

I predict that gun laws will be TIGHTENED, as the ones we have now didn't stop him getting a gun.

Also that the bail laws will be tightened, as the ones that we already have weren't applied correctly or appropriately.

This dirtbag should never have been allowed on the street after being charged with being an accessory to the murder of his wife both before and after the fact.
