Here's his letter to gun manufacturers and their banks. Rahm Emanuel had urged banks to refuse to fund firearms manufacturers, and Cruz suggests that if the banks don't like being pushed around by government they can always relocate to business-friendly Texas, or contact Texas-based financial institutions.
I am proud to have voted for Senator Cruz. He is aggressively supporting gun rights in Congress. When he was Solicitor General of Texas, he argued 9 cases before SCOTUS, including one defending 2A gun rights.
Also, our attorney general, Greg Abbott, recently ran ads targeting legal gun owners in NY, inviting them to move to Texas, where we have no state income tax and concealed carry laws. We strongly support the 2A in our state!
