Judging and empathy

I think it was proper in this case. A judge inclines toward probation in a felon in possession case, the possessor being discovered after he mishandled a gun and blew one of gonads off.

Yeah, I mean, next time he does it, he may shoot himself in the head or chest and that will be that. This judge coulda saved us taxpayers a lot of money by going with just probation.
