Gun Buyback in Los Angeles
And, as Crime, Guns and Videotapes notes, it's time for every gunnie to trade in their junkers for $100-200, and have some cash to spend on ammunition!

After some research, I still have not been able to determine exactly what they will take and what they will pay.
The key issues is in California AW definitions. Any ammo feeding device with a capacity greater than 10 rounds is a CA AW. So, that crappy 20 shot 1911 mag I bought 25 years ago might be worth $200. Sections of canvas machine gun belting cut into 11 round lengths would be valuable, say $200 per running foot. Linked machine gun ammo in 11 round strips would appear to be worth $200 per 11.
Getting these accepted and cashed in is just as
valuable as getting them refused. The state
knows about these events and provides legal
cover of "will not prosecute". So if a state
sanctioned event declares trashed magazines to
be NOT AWs, we can all litigate the point.
I was thinking about this...
You can pick up cheap Mosin-Nagant's for about $75-$115. That means you could have a net profit of about a $100 per rifle.
I find it an insult to my intelligence that any gun-
grabbing idiot would think that I would give my gun
back for $200!They talk as if our guns have no pers-
sonal or monetary value to us!My average cost of a
gun is about $800!I value my right to own guns and my freedom too much to jeopardize them to commit some stupid crime! The average gun owner has more
intelligence in the tip of our little finger than gungrabbers do in their whole body! The next time a theif tries to break into their house they"ll have a phone in their hand!I'LL HAVE MY 357!
Dang...I have a Jennings .22 that kaboomed in my hand...I'd love to get rid of that headache, since no right-minded gun owner would buy it. :)
