San Francisco antes up

The city agrees to pay $380,000 in attorneys' fees incurred in the lawsuit challenging Proposition H.

I'm still waiting for the first successful 1983 action against some state official who was conspiring to deprive one of us of our newest (and yet oldest) civil right.
Excellent. I was afraid this would be a victory without penalty for the other side. I would have loved to see a 7-figure settlement, but we'll take it. Maybe Chicago or New York or CA will cough it up.
