Perhaps the most interesting aspect is that it's in the Time of London. This will likely stir a bit of controversy.

Here in the US each of us is required to be trained in Arms. It's called the Militia, which is each and every person capable. Everyone who has NOT trained is failing one of the primary responsibilities of being a citizen of one's state.
