FFL found innocent of straw man charges

Posted by David Hardy · 26 September 2008 01:04 PM

Story here. The story, at least, doesn't suggest there was reason to suspect the dealer, but when ATF caught a felon in possession (and with drugs) they let him walk in exchange for trying to set the dealer up. The jury didn't buy it.

The KSP and BATFE should be ashamed of themselves.

WWW.tufsheet.com is simply the answer

You've got to understand their priorities: giving up a previously convicted felon, selling drugs and in felonious possession of firearms is a cheap price to pay in an attempt to catch a businessman on a licensing violation. They'd probably let known terrorists walk in order to revoke a license.

Is the tufsheet link simply spam or am I missing some point?
