Dumb crooks -- felon in possession

Note: if a person is a felon, they shouldn't possess a firearm. And if they do, they shouldn't take a picture of themselves doing so. And if they do take such a picture, they shouldn't use somebody else's camera phone.

It's funny how it says the photos aren't enough to charge him with child endangerment. I'm pretty sure that if the gun had actually been loaded in the pictures it would have been more than enough.

Hmmm. Interesting double standard. Mark Wahlberg is a convicted violent felon who gets away with this on a regular basis.
