Right here.
(For those not familiar with The Onion, it's a satire/humor site.)

Must be satire.
There is no restriction on the number of pistols and NFA-tax-paid hand grenades you can own in Idaho.
Vermont had Alaska style CCW before Alaska had it.
It is not a supressor freindly state though.
Better gun laws then Virginia I'm afraid.
I thought the group endorsing Obama was a satire piece by The Onion. good job on cleaning up Wikipedia.

Interesting and informative, but they got one minor point wrong: the state requiring Victim Disarmament Licenses is Vermont, of course, not Virginia.
A peculiar feature of the law is that there is no direct penalty for failing to carry without a license--but if you are victimized, you may be charged as an accessory. Likewise, parents who fail to make proper provisions for defending their minor children can also be charged with neglect.
I'm surprised they didn't mention California's may-issue "Please Force" license, which is granted if you can convince your county sheriff that you are a conscientious objector, and take a rigorous conflict resolution course. So-called "Puffers" are authorized to intervene in any of several "listed act[s]". All parties (excepting LEOs and California Assemblymen, their staff, and their families) are then required to "dialogue in good faith". Failure to do so can result in the issuance of a permanent restraining order prohibiting any future contact with the other parties.
