I wonder how long it will take until someone breaks a "gun free zone" law and saves the lives of countless others. I also wonder if they would get charged for carrying there. If anybody was smart enough to meantion jury nulification they would get off scott free.
Dear David,
I always enjoy a Vin Suprynowicz editorial. His final point, that if a someone is killed because of a policy or a sign, his family should sue is a good one. I think I'll make such a point to my wife! Unfortunately, there are so many places that one is prevented by laws from carrying in my State, that I have to wonder if these places do not have an affirmative defense because of it.
Merry Christmas, and have a Happy and Prosperous New Year.
