Don't bring a pellet gun to a gunfight

CCW licensee shoots a man who tried to rob him with a pellet gun that looked like a .45
Hat tip to Dan Gifford.
Wow! Let's not overlook how it went down: the CCW licensee handed over everything he had (except his gun) and the muggers were leaving, but then stopped, turned around and pointed the pellet gun at his face, and only then did he brandish his gun and fire. Hardly the "but people will start shooting each other over verbal insults, it'll be the Wild West all over again!" response the gun-grabbers would have people picture when talking about CCW holders.
