Court strikes down ban on firearms in post offices
US v. Emmanuel Ayala, Middle District of Florida. I haven't posted for a time -- I was both ill and busy -- but mean to get back to it.

Please read the Constitution concerning post offices.
The Constitution states Congress can establish Post Offices but nothing says Congress can operate of maintain post offices. Note in the same section Congress is empowered to maintain a Navy. If Congress was supposed to operate the postal service, the Framers would have included that delegation of power in the Constitution.
Next, I still wish I had a copy of the Constitution that the lying judges have in which there is written that sensitive places exist where the government can ban Arms.
Everything that adds words to the Constitution is a lie. Accept it if you desire but you've drawn you line in the sand in the wrong place.
Correct, this decision only applies to the parties right now. ~Ten years ago, Bonidy in 10th circuit found the opposite, if this FL case is pushed, we could have a circuit split. Good lord willing & the creeks don't rise, we could have this issue before the USSC before it is filled with justices that cannot define what a woman is.
So, by extension, this would also void the restrictions on carrying on any federal property - like VA parking lots?
No
….This might change the whole connotation of “ Going Postal “.
Come on Doc. You know that with the judges every scintilla has to be adjudicated. Keeps them important and in power.
1. Does this ruling apply to anyone other than Ayala?
2. Does this ruling apply anywhere else other than the Middle District of Florida?
Unless I'm mistaken I think the answer to both is "No", and you may have overstated this as striking down the ban on post office carry.
