Once again, no state law from 1833 to recent has any validity on the meaning and extent of the 2nd amendment. When the SC in Barron(1833) decided that none of the Bill of Rights bound the states, ALL state laws concerning Arms were taken off the table as having any bearing on the 2nd.

Kopel, makes great arguments for the petitioner, arguing that the state gets to define who is dangerous and if the find you dangerous they can take away your right. I am pretty sure the state could argue some of his past briefs and writings make him to dangerous to keep his 2nd amendment rights.
