Lott: how often do armed citizens stop mass shootings?
The FB says it happens but rarely, but John Lott shows it's more like a third to half the cases, and 63% in areas where lawful carrying is allowed.

"Lawful carrying allowed" I don;t need no stinkin permit!!! Who the heck believes the govt, any govt, has the legitimate authority to decide how you carry? It's certainly NOT part of the 2nd or even many state 2nds. The courts are always the cause of the wrong determinations about our Constitutions. The courts have constitutions that are doubled spaced so they can read between the lines. It's not hard to find a decision that is does not comport with constitutions because the judges predilections are always screwing up decisions.
Not a single state law from 1833 to present is valid when contrasted against the 2nd. Why? Barron (1833). if the 2nd doesn't apply then none of those laws are contrary to the second and none of those laws carry any weight concerning modern issues. Then too many judges are NOT much above lukewarm IQs. Do i have contempt for our judicial system? Damn betcha. After 7+ decades of life, watching, studying, I find while it may be the best, it still is filled with ignorant, egotistical folks.
What do the popular AIs say about it? Are they determined to deliver the FBI results, or does the prompter have to structure the prompt to route around the censorship?
Twice I've stopped a confrontation by having a pistole but never reported it. His numbers are actually too low.
