Hunter Biden to plead out

Posted by David Hardy · 20 June 2023 08:35 AM

Story here. Though the real story is how easily he got off. For the tax charges, two misdemeanors. For the gun charge (possessing a gun while high on crack, certifying on the 4473 that hasn't a drug user) he got pretrial diversion--keep out of trouble for a year and it'll be dismissed.

One system of justice for us,
One system for Just-us for them

And he gets to buy more firearms!

Fox News reported that Hunter agreed to terms that included a lifetime disqualification on firearms.

Unless those terms can be dropped if he completes the diversion program. I am not a lawyer.

Related to this and to Range v Attorney General: could he later petition a court to have 2A rights restored?

and as to "he gets to buy more firearms!"

most criminals, if not incarcerated, always do.

Just not lawfully.

It's not the system that needs overhauling.

It's the people in it. Durham made that point quite clear.

I thought that was a "b".

It got my attention, though.
