US v. Rahimi. The Fifth Circuit struck down the ban on gun possession by persons subject to a DV restraining order. Terrible facts -- the defendant was a violent scumbag.

Let’s Hope the 6-3 Again Comes Down on Our Side.

The right to arms only if the whole of the people are able to exercise it, and are not punished for justifiable self defense against habitual violent criminals.

How Long Until They Rule on One of These Worthless “AW” Bans?

Fyathyrio replied to comment from Marcus Poulin | July 3, 2023 6:10 PM | Reply

They technically have already. Bianchi v Frosh dealt with an AW ban, and was returned to the 4th circuit for reconsideration the day they released Bruen last year. We're still waiting for them to finish their slow walk in Maryland.

CA and NJ 10-rd magazine bans were also GVR'd by SCOTUS.
