Decision striking down MO 2A sanctuary law
Ilya Somin has some thoughts. I had much the same. If a state law simply says that state employees are not to assist in carrying out a federal law, that's perfectly permissible. As to any declarations the law might make, a fight over whether they are right or wrong is hardly "case or controversy."

The Constitution for the United States specifically addresses who is to carry out or execute the laws of the Union in Article 1 Section 8 Pp 15. There is no other delegation of authority concerning execution of federal laws. no allowance for federal agencies sto execute the laws of the Union. There are no implied powers, no penumbras, no emanations except in the demented minds of some judges. Or maybe those judges were doing shrooms and had visions.
It is not a flawed decision, it's a lawless one.
