Busy day in the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals

Posted by David Hardy · 26 March 2023 11:13 AM

Here's a report on the oral argument of five 2A cases on the same day. It sounds like the panel was very lively!

It sad that ALL our problems with the extent of the 2nd come from the judiciary. The judges screw things up and never really fix them. If the judges had properly decided Barron (1833) we wouldn't have had all these unconstitutional state laws. The decision in Barron violated both the supremacy clause and the guarantee of a republican form of government. Anyone with an IQ over 3 understands that ONLY what became the 1st amendment was directly solely at the federal government. No other amendment that was passed explicitly states that it is about the feds only. IMO the judges lie over and over and over and never correct their decisions because of the power they enjoy.

Power corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

We the People are the only body-politic superior to the Constitution. Because the courts are creatures of the Constitution, created BY the Constitution, they have no authority to interpret and tell We the People what even a single letter of OUR Constitution means. If you can't grasp this truth, God help you.
