Lawsuit planned over Uvalde shooting

Story here. I don't see the class action, nor the 14th Amendment involvement. He plans to sue Daniels Defense, well, he'd better have a way to get around the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, and this Texas case.
The way they get around the lawful commerce in arms act is by having the judges ignore it, like usual.
They can claim making or advertising guns creates a "public nuisance", and is therefore illegal. And judges sign off of it.
