Can We Hope these Useless Magazine Bans are Granted Certiorari Next?
According to Clayton Cramer, the Attorney General's Letter saying that "permitting agencies may no longer require a demonstration of 'good cause' in order to obtain a concealed carry permit" does not mean every [sheriff's office] is now shall-issue. The memo goes on to describe ways to use the "good moral character" requirement to limit issuance to those giving bribes. This is going to require more lawsuits."
So, will this ruling increase or decrease the amount one must "donate" to the sheriff's re-election fund in order to get the gov't permission slip?
How fast do you want it?
Uncle Phil in NJ has said that they will look at defining sensitive places and other things to keep the people of NJ safe. NY will do the same so off to court we will go for years, just like DC and Chicago did with Heller.
The Joisey Fatherland always comes through to protect the grift and their gangsters. Did the Yorkers think that they could escape so easily? Why do you think that "smart" businesses are relocating to places like Florida or Texas? .
Wonder what New York will do? NYC Mayor Eric Adams has already announce that nothing will change.
