New York State R&P's brief in the Supreme Court

Thanks. Been waiting for the next 2A Supreme Court case for 10 years and the makeup of the justices has never looked better (in my lifetime). In my view, Heller pretty much wrote the outcome in this “bear” case already. The brief is very heavy on text, history, and tradition, which it should be.
