Good news for gun rights
Utah goes for permit-less, constitutional, concealed carry.
Montana expands gun rights.
A North Carolina court allows a suit for damages arising from refusal to issue handgun purchase permits.

You would think the Democrats would see the writing on the wall
Utah will also continue to issue and renew their permits, and the renewal can now be done online.
With the proliferation of permit-less carry and the numbers of NICS checks, one might think the hoplophobes would get a clue. Unfortunately, we also have ample evidence that logic, statistics, and history have no bearing on their views.
Indiana House passed a bill removing the requirement to have a license for anyone 18 or older who is not a prohibited person to carry a handgun. It also establishes an optional "reciprocity license" for Indiana residents who travel to states that require licenses to carry and recognize Indiana licenses.
The bill has just now gone to the Senate.
Oklahoma as of November 2019 has been permit-less, constitutional open or concealed carry.
