Shooting in Kenosha, WI

Posted by David Hardy · 27 August 2020 11:30 AM

In the spirit of social responsibility, I would encourage everyone to ask "will this make the world a better place" before pulling the trigger. In the case of these shootings, the answer seems to be "yes."

It seems to me that these mobs represent a spontaneous movement of society's psychopaths, now discovering that the authorities will ignore them (or, as here, protect them) and the media praise or at least cover for them.

I am somewhat curious as to why a minor felt the need to grab a rifle and head to another state and into an area of civil unrest. The answer to that might have some bearing on his upcoming trials.

"The answer to that might have some bearing on his upcoming trials."

Might, but it technically shouldn't.

I understand his mother drove him there as well; speaking as a parent, the idea of driving an underage kid with an AR into a situation where he may be potentially at risk (and in turn put others at risk) seems like piss-poor parenting and potentially chargeable depending on state law. Talk about the breakdown of the American family...

One thing for certain: Democrats will try every trick in the book to make him pay for doing the right thing. Jury Nullification please.

I'm seeking clarification of facts, now.
Was Rittenhouse an employee of the car lot?
Did he threaten anyone with the rifle before any pursuit of him began?
Was he attempting to flee the mob?
Was he lying supine on the ground when he shot the deceased?

These questions address the question of who was the aggressor and who the victim.
Without action and word, a rifle slung on the shoulder is not brandishing as defined in the law. Leftist desires not withstanding.

We're too soon after the incident for the relevant facts to have fought their way out of the fog of the initial news reporting.

The riots are not spontaneous. They are planned and lavishly financed.

Heavy lift for the prosecution. Rational:

-Mega Riot of the Week...Hell, The Month! No cops present for some time. Firemen didn't even answer the emergency fire calls. Firemen ALWAYS answer calls.

-17-yr old kid retreated before shooting.

-Three protesters shot were whites, not blacks, with criminal records.

-One shot protester with bicep almost blown off was featured in pic holding handgun in his right hand in violation of his felony status.

-Kid has top shelf representation.

He walks even after Left & Media go snake.
