Red flag law against Chuck Schumer?

Posted by David Hardy · 6 March 2020 09:08 AM

GoA comes up with one nice idea. He did make a threatening statement in public, after all, and to a mob right outside their place of employment. But we all know that laws are for the little people...

But maybe an LEO should file it as my understanding is they can? AND LEO is a pretty broad category :)

It is a fun idea, but does Chucky even have a gun? It will not even get as far as the Colorado convict who filed a Red flag petition against the Weld County CO Sheriff. Indeed, another example that laws are for the little people.

IANAL. But is there not a plausible charge under 18 USC 1503?
