ATF revising 4473

Story here. One of the changes is that the buyer can list their sex as male, female, or nonbinary....
Since we can be pretty sure neither the form or the ATF are going away, how about increasing the number of firearms to five or six? Or ten?
Is a decrease to three supposed to make it more difficult for straw buyers? That's a laugh, "illegal" is illegal, just potentially more violations per form. The bad news for legal buyers (as if anyone cares) is it also makes it more costly to purchase not only guns, but also frames, receivers, and especially stripped lowers, which are often bought in multiples.
