Second Amendment sanctuaries now beginning in NC

Captain's Quarters has the report. Six counties so far, by his count, with more readying.
John Richardson of No Lawyers - Only Guns and Money blog has the count at ten as of the 15th. There aren't any specific proposals for new gun laws in NC that I'm aware of, this seems to be due to sharing a border with VA.
