My presentation at the 2019 Gun Rights Policy Conference

Posted by David Hardy · 23 September 2019 03:00 PM

Right here. It was on the history of how the Second Amendment came to be recognized as an individual right. That was not a simple history, it spanned the period 1974 to 2008 (or 2010), and thus spanned 34-36 years, or over half my lifetime. As Elmer Keith's title put it, "Hell, I was there!"

Those who wrote it and thousands/millions more already knew it was an individual right. A bunch of lying judges were responsible for trying to usurp our God-given Rights of Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. Besides the judges DO NOT have the authority to decide if OUR Rights are our Rights or not nor do the judges have any authority to decide what any of the Constitution means. The judiciary have lied, cheated, and stolen power and should be punished for their failure to properly perform their duties.

If it were not for the judicial branch and its unconstitutional expansion, We would not be facing most of the troubles we are facing.
