Attorneys for Florida school mass killer argue for removal of prosecutor

Posted by David Hardy · 11 September 2019 06:17 PM

They want him removed because he won't listen to their arguments as why he shouldn't seek the death penalty. The prosecutor even said the killer was worse than Ted Bundy. There may be something to that position.

A REAL prosecutor would have charged all the public employees who failed to stop Cruz BEFORE the attach with being accessories. Maybe if we put their heads on the line, the next bunch might act proactively to stop these acts. The parent(s), the school administrators, the sheriff, etc all need to be charged. Just in case one wonders, THERE IS NOT SUCH THING AS QUALIFIED IMMUNITY. QI is a bunch of garbage made up by judges, the same judges who have done more damage to the Union and the Constitution than all the Congresses and Presidents.

We the People need to put the judges back in their place, SERVING US at OUR pleasure. Even the SC is NOT superior to the people but they act and claim to be. Guess they missed those lectures on Blackstone and how judicial power came FROM the People, the same People who are at the top, who created the Constitution which created the SC making the SC 2 levels BELOW the authority of the People. All that most folks think they know about the courts is lies perpetrated on the People by those same judges.
