SHOT Show gun thieves caught

Posted by David Hardy · 19 February 2019 03:14 PM

Story here. ATF was clever here. The show requires exhibitors to remove firing pins from all displayed guns. So ATF asked all gunsmiths in the area to be on the lookout for anyone wanting to buy a firing pin. When they asked an FFL about a firing pin, giving some lame excuse, he tipped off the agency.

Ha--the first time I viewed the story, no problem. The second time the page gave notice that I was using an ad blocker (actually a popup blocker) and asked me to remove it in order to see the story. Never saw that sort of thing before.

....Charged with triple digit Federal Felonies, what kind of a Moroon Magistrate lets them walk on O. R. ..? And Roger Stone and his wife get dragged outa bed at dawn for a fib, only a felony because he tried to fool the high and the mighty.
....Such disparity should trigger the 14th, but it won't . Power has corrupted completely.
....Thieves are now a protected class.

Although many will object, Congress has no authority outside DC to legislate these punishments. In the Constitution, Congress is granted explicit powers to punish. There are 6-7 instances in which Congress can punish people. Arms violations, murder, etc ARE NOT among the legal powers of the federal government. Everything you know is a lie. There are no implied powers. There are no inherent powers. All lies pulled out from under the black robes of dishonorable or ignorant persons.

The Constitution grants power to punish:

1) counterfeiting CURRENT coin and securities
2) secure copyrights and patents
3) punish piracy on the HIGH SEAS
4) punish felonies on the HIGH SEAS
5) punish offenses against the LAW OF NATION (Vattel)
6) punish treason - if inherent powers existed then this grant was unnecessary
7) punish acts of enslavement

There no other constitutionally granted police powers except that Congress has exclusive legislative power in ALL cases whatsoever in DC and other places PURCHASED with the permission of the state in which they lie, and IF they are needful buildings.

Additional limits to federal power occur in the Bill of Rights and other amendments as latter law.
Police power was left to the states. Separation of powers. Congress passes tax laws, the states enforce IF the states agree that the laws are constitutional. As parties to the creation of the Constitution, the states are superior to the Constitution and to the federal government, except in those areas delegated. We the People are superior even to our States.
