Only the Ninth Circus, or Circuit...

Would have to be told, by the Supreme Court, that dead judges do not get to vote. As the Supreme Court put it, "That practice effectively allowed a deceased judge to exercise the judicial power of the United States after his death. But federal judges are appointed for life, not for eternity."

You see this is the problem with those who do not know their place as SERVANTS of the People. Judges have lied to the populace and stolen authority claiming to be the sole and final arbiters of even OUR Constitution. As I have stated over and over, the legal education MUST put Blackstone back in the process.

A simple reminder is

For whenever a question arises between the society at large and any magistrate vested with powers originally delegated by that society, it must be decided by the voice of the society itself: there is not upon earth any other tribunal to resort to.

Sir William Blackstone, Blackstone's Commentaries on the Laws of England, Book I, Chp3, pg.205/6

As to the Constitution that WE THE PEOPLE CREATED:

John Locke asked: "For what is the point of drawing up dumb, silent statements of laws, if anybody may attach a new meaning to the words to suit his own taste, find some remote interpretation, and twist the words to fit the situation and his own opinion?"

The judiciary has no authority to interpret the Constitution. It is their BOSS and We the People are the BOSS of the Constitution. When We the People pass a law such as Prop 8 or the myriad of laws on man/woman marriage, WE ARE THE SOLE ARBITER of those concepts. The judiciary has no say. We loaned the judges their authority and when We decide to exercise it instead, they dare not legitimately interfere. If they do, they are no longer acting in good behavior and We the People should be removing them from their positions, regularly.
